Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping & Delivery
CUPSULE aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than one (01) item, you may receive your purchases at different times.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact Customer Service at contact@cupsule.my
Returns & Replacements

For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 30 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact CUPSULE’s Customer Service to initiate the return.

Only the product listed below able to return:-

  1. Cupsule Machine
  2. Cupsule Beverage

Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 7 days upon receiving the item(s):

We will aim to process your return within 5 business days.

You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.

Ordering

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is misprice, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or bank account charged.
